Production

We are often asked about production information... here is a list of recommended suppliers:

Mastering

All our CDs are mastered at Skye Mastering by Denis Blackham. It is highly recommended that you consult with him before sending a cd to a pressing plant for production. Denis can be emailed here. For vinyl cutting we use Transition Studios [where dubstep is cut], in South London.

Design & Artwork

All design and artwork production is done inhouse on Apple Macintosh computers, usually using Adobe Photoshop for image manipulation and QuarkXPress or Adobe Indesign for page layout. Digital scanning on Scitex 747 by Orange Communications Ltd.

Manufacturing

We use 3BC to act as our production company, liaising with pressing plants and other manufacturers. They receive all masters and films and oversee the manufacturing, which is usually done at EDC, Blackburn, for CDs.

Good printers are few and far between, but we recommend Senol, based in Sutton, Surrey.
