In July of this year, Mike Harding went to visit him in Bewdley in the west of England and interviewed him about his life and work. Jacob Kirkegaard will perform a series of varied shows in Japan during August/September. On 21st August his new sound installation Sabuation will be exhibited at the Aichi Triennale. 2nd September sees Jacob perform Eldfjall live at Super Deluxe in Tokyo (together with Karkowski). On the 3rd September he presents a new version with visuals of Loop Tower at Vacant in Tokyo. Finally, on the 4th September: Labyrinthitis at Misako & Rosen in Tokyo.
